Missed all last week - had to come into town from the lake Saturday morning so I got up early to get a short workout.
Bench - 135X12/185X12/225X5X2/255X3X2 Squats - 135X10/185X10/225X8/275X5/315X5/335X3 EZ Curl - 75X10/85X10/95X10/105X10/115X10/125X10 Supersetted with Preacher Tris- 75X25/85X25/95X20/100X20/110X15/120X15 DB Shrugs - 75X35X4/85X25X4/100X15X2
Left gym and walked 3 miles
Short and sweet - like me !!
