Hi, I'm Burr a NEW GUY. This is my first post and we'll see how it goes.
This is my workout when I don't have time to get in the gym three days, this way I get a full workout.
I'll post my Yoga Poses if anyone wants to see!
Dave Draper’s Full Body Workout Routine MID SECTION & AEROBIC WORK: 20 minutes of Yoga with Crunches, Leg Raises, Hyperextension’s CHEST: Dumbbell Chest Press (4x14) #25 Cable Crossovers, Pec Dec or Incline Fly’s (4x14) #45 BACK: Wide Grip Pulldown (4x14) Seated Lat Row (4x14) SHOULDERS: Dumbbell Shoulder Press (4x14 #25) BICEPS: Barbell Curls (4x14 #60) TRICEPS: Triceps Press Machine or bench dips (4x14) #45 Pulley Pushdown (4x14) #55 LEGS: Leg Press (4x10) #550 Semi-stiff Legged Deadlifts (4x15)#135 Leg Curl (4x14) #35 Calf Raises (4x30 #550) on leg press machine Worked fast, little rest.
