Upped the weight and dropped a set--feel like my bis are going to explode!!!
Well, came home and Rach has a flat on her truck. She is at track practice, guess she left it here for me to change:))

I've gota share this.
Rachel landed wrong yesterday while practicing the pole vault and broke her nose. Other than a black eye and swelling it will be OK. The Doc says it looks like it will heal straight. She is tough as a boot and she will jump in regionals Friday. The funny part is that the tree pollen in Oklahoma is high and her allergies are bothering her. I find it entertaining to watch her blow her nose:))

Al--Thanks for the bow big guy!!! No, she can't catch a break. Rachel was at a meet yesterday and got hit in the head with a rock. Big ol' cut on the side of her head and a knot above her eyebrow. Add that to her nose and eyes and I can't help but laugh:))
Cardio--30 minutes treadmill, steady pace, various inclines.
Then had a couple of Buds--that was a wash on the calorie deficit:))

I use the same math. I drink back whatever calories I've cardio'd away and visa versa.

Only third in the regionals? You sure are a tough task master, Jason. She did great!
The crawfish boil looked like a fun time. How come you weren't featured in any of the pictures. Looks like a great place to hang out.

It is a great place. The owners and I were running buddies 25 years ago.
Robin's head is in the background on one of the pics, Chris was down by the River catching sunfish. My scooter is in the pic with the gilr in the orange top under the Coors umbrellas. You can see the red gas tank.
Ok, I told on Rachel so I'll tell on myself. Just now happened. Went out on my front porch pre-occupied with watering the hanging plants. Grab hold of the arm of a chair out there and sat down. Trouble is I was on the left side of the chair, not the center of it. Landed right on I disagree, drove my head and elbow into the brick wall of the house, knocked the air out of myself and jammed my back.
Guess I'll see how crippled I am in the morning. Have to drive a couple of hundred miles tomorrow for an employees 35th anniversary. That should be fun:))

Al-- No it wasn't Bud induced. Would have had an excuse if it was. It was definately a Kodac moment:)) Thanks, I even ate clean while I was gone:))

Rachel update. They are leaving for State today. She was taking down her practice standards and hit herself right between the eyes 30 minutes before the bus left. Took 4 stitches. The bus waited on her outside the clinic. She got sewed up, walked out to the bus and away they went. Rachel's grace surely came from her mother:))
