BTW 'Til Christmas can be anything you want to make it. Usually, it's a PR or multiple PRs...or it can be a weightloss goal or measurements.
Last year, I set a half dozen goals, which included bicep measurement, weighted pullup and rack pull PRs, a 5K time, and competing in my first powerlifting contest in 37 years. Three years ago, Jason's was a leg press PR. Colleen has had endurance and lifting goals.

Start workout 9PM Finished 10:05PM - Humid
Front dumbell raise: 25X12/30X12/35X8 = always using 2 dumbells Dumbell press: 35X12/45X12/55X12/60X8 Military press: 110X8/125X6/135X4/145X3/1 55X2/165X2/175X1/135X4(15 -30sec. rest between sets) Upright row: 50X12/70X12/90X10 Front plate raise: 45X15 X4 supersetted with Dumbell shrugs: 75X35 X 2/ 85X30 X2 First time I have supersetted these two together -it was killer !!!I am very sore today from it! Ran 1 mile after workout. Did me 3 X Burpees & crunches.

Dale, Good workout! Shrugs and plate lift sound like a tough combo.

Heavy presses with such short rest periods must have been brutal, too.

OK - here goes BTTW Christmas goals: 550# + deadlift 350# + bench 450# + squat 250# + military presses Run 3 miles in less than 10 minutes 10 pullups 34 waist pants

Yea - 10 minute miles will be tough enough - maybe at 52 I had better not try for 3 1/2 minute miles - I WILL reach my goals
