Late getting home last night - ran 1 mile and did some burpees.
I have been spending a lot of time on the Cross Fit sites. I think I am going to give it try. The only thing I see - they do nothing for Bi's & Chest- I can add myself to keep up strength. Any suggestions? It adds the cardio I need to drop fat from this ole body.

Crossfit has the best conditioned athletes I've met. They do lots of huffy puffy stuff, and their workouts of the day are killer. The downside, if you decide to use their facilities, is the price.

No gym last night - no power since Sun 1:30Pm - somehow have power at office. Radio says over 600,000 without power here. My office is close to a steel plant, maybe I am in their circuit.
How did I miss out on the e-mail you all got?

Elbows are fine - I am doing the burpee challenge on IOL and a sit up challenge on a CF forum - trying to run a mile every night and I rode 5 miles on my bicycle Saturday. My shoulders and knees give me a twinge ache from time to time but if that is as bad as they get - I am happy.
They are telling us no power till sometine next week. This is something else ! Duke Energy was not prepared( understandably - never in history has this happened), and they sent half their crews to Texas to help them.

My wife would be pregnant doging up a storm if we went without power for that long. I'd have to shoot myself...or her.

That's really tough with no power, but when you add no water that's a disaster in my mind...Hope you get it all back soon...
