Al--thanks, Bro. I was POed when I got to the Gym. Lately it seems like every day something happens at Quitting time that rocks my boat. Guess I'm getting crankey in my Old age:))

Looks like your strength is getting back up there in spite of your horrendous work schedule. I'm thinking 400 lb squat by the summer if the spring thunderstorms don't keep you at the office 24/7 like last year.

Colleen--Just call me Fred, although I prefer Gene Kelley. Wait, I just had a flash of a dancing poodle in a Tutu--lol--guess I really am a dog:))
Al--Tis possible. Gona work the weights up from theo bottom trying to be patient. When I start getting close though I tend to go for it, apparently like someone else I know:))
Here is a little tease for your leaned out butt. Last night's supper--I cooked
Parmesan chicken fried in olive oil. Steamed Brocolli covered in garlic butter. Both topped with marinara sauce. I had 3.5 breasts, don't know how much brocolli. When I finished there was too much sauce left on the plate. Toasted 2 slices of multi grain bread, topped with garlic butter, used them to soak up the sauce--lol--How's your diet coming:))

Diet? Judy finally realized she shouldn't be penalizing me when she's the one who has to lose weight...especially after my jeans started to start falling down to my ankles in public. (Got propositioned twice...unfortunately, both times by guys.) I'm eating everything that ain't nailed down.
Didn't know you have 3.5 breasts. Does Robin milk you?

Nice workout. Like the number 75, do we?
Robin's probably so busy playing with all those breasts, I'm sure she has no time to check out your bodyfat.
