Really? At 143, I would think you'd have about a 25 inch waist.

Actually, it shouldn't be that hard to get there with all the high-rep exercise and cardio you're doin'...but you might look kinda scrawny if you drop that low.

Al. You may be right, I may look too scrawney if I go too low.
I HAD to go to 2 more social events, and was told that I looked in shape a few times.. a few people were surprised how thin (their words) I got.. .. so, as Sue says, maybe it's in my head.. she says I'm tryin' to look 20...Maybe so, but I see too much fat...but, anyway for now I'm not gonna push so hard to lose more weight..

Aren't unexpected compliments cool? I think you should stay at your present weight and "grow into it" by reducing bodyfat and gaining muscle. Experiment with your eating plan and workouts to see what will get you there.
Check out Jason's log to see what he got his wife for their anniversary.

yeah.. nice to hear...
You' re right I' m gonna play a little with the diet.. I just added more protein , I thought I was a little low...
Most weeks I paddle 5 days and walk at night(weekends I do my workouts). So with the increased activities I need the adjustment.I tended to snack on carbs at night, but I changed those carbs for protein.

Good choices. Just monitor your weight to make sure you're not consuming too much.

Pescatarians are those who do not eat land animals.
Do you know if your cholesterol is way down, since pretty much cutting the meat from your diet?

This month, I'm getting my first bloodwork and physical in two years. Can't wait for the f**king finger wave. Luckily, doc has small fingers and a gentle touch. Reminds me of my cellmate, Bubba. [sigh]
